Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, please do. We run on a limited staff, so to best help you, we request you book an appointment. When you book an appointment, you have priority of our time and attention.
I have an appointment, how can I come prepared?
To receive the most from your visit, we suggest bringing any plans you have. They can be scaled architectural drawings or even sketches! Also, bring any samples of items you have chosen, such as paint, cabinetry, countertops, etc. Even a fabric or wallpaper swatch can be very inspiring to select tile or cabinetry colors and patterns.
Do you do Job site visits?
Yes, we can! Job site visits can be scheduled for a measure or a better understanding of your space. These services are available with an associated fee. Fees will range depending on location of the job site, the complexity of the project and size of space. Until we launch this program on our website, please contact us for details.
Do you stock any tile?
We do not. All of the tiles in our showroom are samples for clients to be able to view and check out. We do occasionally have random items in stock. So, if you are looking for a small feature panel or decorative liner and need it really fast, just ask.
Do you make the tile?
No, our tiles are handmade from different artists and vendors all over the U.S. We also offer some tiles from other countries. Typically, ones that are imported are stocked in the states and are quicker to acquire.
Is there a charge for samples?
We happily loan our samples for you to be able to take home and view in your space. These samples have a 2 week return policy. If we need to order a certain sample, there may be a charge.
How long will my tiles take to receive?
Leadtimes vary, depending on which factory you have chosen to make your tile. Currently, we are experiencing lead times that range from 3 to 22 weeks. Please let us know the time line of your project.
What is the process on ordering cabinetry?
We first start with pricing your cabinetry based on your layout. If you have plans, please bring them or send us a copy. We can usually provide pricing based on your plans or a good sketch with dimensions. We will ask you lots of questions in order to price the project. You should have some direction of wood species, door style, stain or paint colors, any special details. There are many variables in cabinetry, so the more information you can provide, the more accurate pricing will be. Once pricing has been discussed and we know the direction you want to go, we can then move into doing site measures and AutoCad drawings. There is a fee associated with this part of the process. Once drawings are done and approved and style choices made, we can then move into the order stage.
